Freuchie Filling Petrol Station

Abbiecraig Services Ltd required the complete demolition of their Existing Petrol Filling Station & Retail Building. It was proposed a New Filling Station was to be built with new Sales Building to offer a SPAR & Subway franchise retail experience for their customers.

AMCA worked closely with SEPA on this site due to the rural setting of the site and proximity of a local river. Aa sustainable waste water treatment plant had to be considered and installed.

Our team contract administered the project from RIBA Stage 0-7 under the JCT Standard form of contract. Weekly site visits and fortnightly progress/ technical meetings were strictly held and variations to the contract were identified early with the budget and programme targets managed successfully.
