AMCA is an innovative, client focused practice of Architectural staff and Principal Designers with a skilled international team who work closely with clients and end users to deliver quality and effective buildings through our expertise in a range of sectors that include commercial, food retail, roadside services with traditional and new energy fuels, scientific and new agricultural sectors as well as a number of bespoke residential projects.

We are seeking applications from enthusiastic individuals to work in our Dundee office. All applicants must be able to work with minimum supervision. Knowledge of food retail and residential projects would be advantageous.

The successful applicants will be working on a range of projects throughout the UK and worldwide.

ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN / TECHNOLOGIST
Our requirements:
-
Relevant qualification (HNC/HND or degree level).
-
Minimum 3 years post qualification experience.
-
Good knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies.
-
Proficient in use of AutoCAD and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
-
Revit experience desirable.
-
Ability to work on own initiative and within a team.
-
Ability to produce planning application drawings and develop further detailed drawings suitable for building warrant submissions, tender purposes and construction.
-
Good client interface and management skills.
-
Able to attend site meetings/inspections and minute/report as required.
-
Full UK driving licence with access to a car.
